Army Issues RFI for 3D Face Model Generator/Visualizer

The Army Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center West has issued a Request for Information from potential sources that can provide 3D Face Model Generator/Visualizer and face recognition capabilities for the Biometrics Automated Toolset (BAT). The 3D Face Model Generator allows for the creation of 3D models of faces from multiple source images. The BAT system currently captures three biometrics: fingerprint, face and iris.
