Army Issues Draft Identity Intelligence Biometrics RFP for Industry Review

The Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has issued a draft Request for Proposals (RFP)for identity intelligence (I2) operations including staff oversight, biometrics and forensics analysis, tools, training, watchlist management and operational support to DoD, interagency and multi-national partners in denying adversaries anonymity. The eventual contract will assist in support of program management, I2 resource management, strategic planning, intelligence analysis, production and dissemination, forensic- related biometric operations support and production, I2 education and awareness, deployed biometrics and forensics subject matter…
