The private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners on Wednesday introduced a new defense-focused software company, GRVTY, exiting from stealth with more than $100 million in sales and over 325 employees since its creation eight months ago. GRVTY is led by CEO Katie Selbe, who previously had leadership roles at two other Arlington Capital portfolio companies, BlueHalo, which is being acquired by AeroVironment [AVAV], and Eqlipse Technologies, which BlueHalo acquired.
