France’s Airbus Group on March 23 said its Airbus Defence and Space division has agreed to sell its Rostock System Technik (RST) aerospace engineering unit to Germany’s Ferchau Engineering GmbH, which primarily provides engineering services and product manufacturing for Airbus.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
