Air-Sea Battle Implementation Master Plan Being Reviewed By Services, COCOMs

The military is moving forward with its development of the Air-Sea Battle concept, with military leaders reviewing an Implementation Master Plan sent out about a month ago and planning on developing a more concrete path forward in January. Testifying to the House Armed Services seapower and projection forces subcommittee, Rear Adm. James Foggo III, assistant deputy chief of naval operations for operations, plans and strategy, said that the master plan was sent to service leaders, combatant commanders and fleet commanders…
