Air Force Taps Lockheed Martin To Upgrade Flying Unit C2

The Air Force Electronic System Center has selected Lockheed Martin [LMT] to upgrade the Air Force flying unit command and control capability formerly under the Theater Battle Management Control System (TBMCS) contract. The total contract value, awarded via the NETCENTS contract vehicle, is approximately $9 million, the initial contract award is $4 million.
