Air Force Awards Boeing $4 Billion Contract For Saudi Arabia F-15 Retrofit Package

The Air Force awarded Boeing [BA] a $4 billion contract modification for 68 kits to convert F-15s to the F-15SA variant for Saudi Arabia, according to a Nov. 2 Defense Department statement. The firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost reimbursable no fee contract modification is for Country Standard Time Compliance Technical Order (CSTCTO) development, integration, testing and fabrication of trial kits to support validation and verification activities.
