Air Force Awards $1.1 Billion In EELV Production Services Contracts

The Air Force said yesterday it awarded United Launch Alliance (ULA) a nearly $1.1 billion contract for Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) production services. The not-to-exceed letter contract is for a variety of Air Force and National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO) launch vehicle configurations. Work is expected to be completed by 2015.
