AH-64D Apache Crashes In South Korea, Two Killed

An AH-64 Apache helicopter with 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea/U.S. Combined Division crashed during a training mission Monday evening at approximately 6:30 p.m. Korea time, killing two pilots, according to an Army statement.The Apache was a Boeing [BA]AH-64D model, according to service spokesman Joe Buccino. The crash took place nearly 50 miles east of Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
