Improving business agility--not reducing costs--is the most important factor in an organization’s decision to embrace the cloud, according to a new survey from Verizon [VZ] and Harvard Business Review. The survey, which included both private and public sector respondents, found that 32 percent of those polled said business agility was the primary factor in cloud adoption, followed by increased innovation (14 percent) and cost (14 percent).
