The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate’s Office of National Laboratories is soliciting for Architect-Engineering (S&E) services for the design of a combination of new construction and renovation in support of the Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL). Design should be completed in one year and will focus on expanding explosive storage capacity, a new laboratory to meet existing and emerging independent testing and evaluation missions, laboratory space to support developmental testing and evaluation and office space.
