Saab Wins $37 Million Contract For Carl-Gustaf

Saab AB received a $37 million contract for the production and delivery of the Carl-Gustaf man-portable recoilless rifle to take place during 2017, the company said Wednesday.The contract includes weapon systems of the M3 version of the Carl-Gustaf. Saab said that the industry’s nature is such that depending on product and customer issues “further information regarding the customer will not be announced.”The Carl-Gustaf has been sold to over 40 countries and allows dismounted soldiers to defeat challenges ranging from armored…
