Kratos Defense & Security Solutions [KTOS], the United States-based division of Britain’s QinetiQ, and Wyle have formed a joint venture to pursue a rapid design, demonstration and integration program in support of the Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (SMDC/ARSTRAT).
