VSD LLC (VSD) said it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Feb. 22 with His Excellency Sheikh Faisal Bin Khalid Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi to facilitate an international business relationship with the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
