USAF Wants to ‘Stop the Bleeding’ in Sustainment Accounts

One top U.S. Air Force priority is bolstering sustainment and flying hours funding, as the service moves to an envisioned fleet of cheaper to maintain, unmanned Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) in the coming years.
