The U.S. State Department has approved a $7.2 billion foreign military sale (FMS) to Romania of 32 Lockheed Martin [LMT] F-35A fighters and a $4.1 billion FMS to Japan of nine Boeing [BA] KC-46A tankers and related equipment, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said last Friday.
