SRA Completes Acquisition of Platinum Solutions

SRA International [SRX] recently said it has completed its $90 million acquisition of the software development firm Platinum Solutions, boosting its systems business. SRA, which first announced the deal in October, said the acquisition will expand its mission systems capabilities and give it additional software integration and development qualifications with clients in national security, intelligence and civil government agencies. Platinum Solutions specializes on developing customized software applications and providing data management solutions for customers. Platinum Solutions has about 200 employees.…
