(SpaceX) delayed its Falcon 9 return to flight to Jan. 14 due to poor weather at Vandenberg AFB, Calif., the company said Sunday on Twitter.The FAA last week awarded the company its launch license and closed its investigation into SpaceX’s pre-launch mishap from Sept. 1.
