SOCOM Awards Anduril $86 Million To Enable Rapid Integration Of Autonomous Capabilities

Anduril Industries has received an $86 million contract to partner with U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to create the architecture and standards for integrating autonomy technology into the command’s unmanned systems (UxS), the company said on Wednesday. Under the three-year contract Anduril will be helping USSOCOM create the foundation to take charge of its mission autonomy plans to meet evolving battlespace needs, the company said.
