
Lockheed Martin [LMT] completed milestone testing for the Navy’s Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) Block 2 system, the company said Tuesday. First awarded in 2009, the Block 2 SEWIP contract will see Lockheed Martin upgrade the AN/SLQ-32(V)2 electronic warfare systems on all U.S. aircraft carriers, cruisers, destroyers and other warships.
