SAIC Completes Purchase of Icon Systems

SAIC [SAI] recently said it has completed its acquisition of military training firm Icon Systems, Inc., in a deal that strengthens its position in the live training environment and provides it with more capabilities in this area. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Icon provides expertise in Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System and Tactical Engagement Simulation System technologies for individual combatant and platform live training.
