Raytheon Sues Air Force To Prevent 3DELRR Reconsideration

Raytheon [RTN] said it filed a lawsuit Monday against the Air Force to prevent the service from reconsidering bids from its Three-Dimensional Long Range Radar (3DELRR) competition.Company spokesman Michael Nachshen said in an email the company filed an action in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims seeking to preserve the company’s 3DELRR contract award. No new Raytheon filings were found as of press time Tuesday in the federal government’s court record repository known as Public Access to Court Electronic Records…
