SPA Names Darla Moon Chief Financial Officer

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. has named Darla Moon as Chief Financial Officer effective January 7, 2019.

Ms. Moon brings a wealth of experience and proven success with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and execution.  Prior to joining SPA, she served as CFO for the Patriot Group where she was responsible for all facets of the company’s finance and accounting activities.  Before that, Ms. Moon served as Senior Vice President, Business Operations and CFO at ManTech International Corporation where she was instrumental in spearheading key target acquisitions and oversaw all financial planning, analysis, and contract negotiations for an $800M+ business unit.  Ms. Moon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) where she was selected as one of the “2012 Professional Women of the Year.”
