Robotic Research applauds U.S. Army’s effort to honor fallen soldiers

PR Newswire

CLARKSBURG, Md., April 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Robotic Research, LLC, a leading provider of autonomous vehicle solutions for defense and commercial customers, today applauded a noteworthy U.S. Army effort that took place at Fort Bliss earlier this week to honor America’s fallen soldiers.

“We’re proud to stand with the Army officials in honoring these fallen heroes,” said Alberto Lacaze, president of Robotic Research. “Every day we re-dedicate ourselves to helping our nation’s soldiers achieve their missions safely. For those that make the ultimate sacrifice, we echo the thoughts of military leaders: they will never be forgotten.”

As the very first automated leader-follower trucks were prepared to support U.S. forces this week, the Army engineers took a knee in support of all fallen soldiers. Key officials within the Army Futures Command dedicated each of the first 16 autonomous leader-follower vehicles to soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
