“As we’ve grown into a national brand we need scalable ways to quickly access diverse pools of cyber talent,” said Danielle Andrews, Lunarline’s Deputy Director of Program Management. “Virtual career fairs not only introduce candidates to Lunarline and our capabilities but also help us identify unique individuals around the country who may not be well served by traditional recruiting approaches.”

Lunarline experienced outstanding growth in 2018, landing major contracts in the Healthcare, Financial, Cloud Services, Industrial Control & Critical Infrastructure, Hospitality, Maritime, Defense and Intelligence Community sectors. This growth occurs during a national shortage in cybersecurity professionals, driving Lunarline to get creative in how it identifies and recruits personnel to fill their many job openings.

“We look for cyber talent in unexpected places,” says Lunarline CEO Waylon Krush. “And then we provide the training, mentoring, leadership and growth opportunities that equip you with the skills and experience necessary to help our clients fight back against cybercrime. This includes free access to training and certifications offered through the Lunarline School of Cybersecurity and the Cyber Certified Experts Program. We also hold an annual training conference and holiday party where we come together to play with innovative tools, learn new techniques and grow as a team focused on client challenges.”

To register for the Virtual Career Fair you will need to create an account with eCareerFairs and post your resume.  Once you are logged in, your profile is updated and you will be able to access the “How to Use Virtual Event” guide as well as our Event Lobby, which provides the three teams we are hiring for: Federal, Commercial, and Managed Security Services.  Check out our booths to learn more about the teams that are hiring!
