ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Halfaker announced the formation of a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved Mentor-Protégé Agreement with HigherEchelon, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The SBA Mentor-Protégé program is a business development initiative which enables small and large companies to build strong, mutualistic relationships with shared benefits and growth opportunities.

Through this strategic partnership, Halfaker enables HigherEchelon to develop more sophisticated processes and support capabilities to effectively sell and manage larger prime contracts. In turn, HigherEchelon expands Halfaker’s knowledge base by sharing its Consulting Partner relationship with Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management platform. As a testament to its growing and successful Salesforce practice, HigherEchelon was recognized as a 2018 Salesforce Consulting Partner Innovation Award winner for their work at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 9.83 out of 10.
