Carl Buffington to Lead Growth Strategies as Chief Growth Officer for Koniag Government Services

CHANTILLY, Va., March 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — As it continues to build on an already strong team, Koniag Government Services (KGS), a leading provider of enterprise solutions for successful mission outcomes, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Buffington as its new Chief Growth Officer.

Buffington’s primary role at KGS will be to develop and implement growth strategies including operational collaboration, mergers and acquisitions, executive leadership and fundamental business development methodologies.

As Vice President of an emerging small business, Buffington played an integral role in the strategic direction, controlled growth and ultimate acquisition of a mid-tier national security firm. As President and CEO of a successful software development company, Buffington specialized in leading edge technology solutions for mobile, web, and cloud solutions.
