Phillips Appointed To Take Helm At ManTech

ManTech International [MANT] on Wednesday said that it has appointed Kevin Phillips, the company’s president and chief operating officer (COO), to be its next CEO starting on Jan. 1, 2018.Phillips will take over for George Pedersen, the company’s current chairman and CEO, who will continue as executive chairman with responsibilities for strategy and direction, and oversight of mergers and acquisitions efforts.Phillips joined ManTech in 2002 through the acquisition of CTX Corp.
