The Pentagon has discovered it overvalued weapons aid provided to Ukraine by another $2 billion, according to a new Government Accountability Office (GAO) report. The disclosure is part of a GAO audit into the Pentagon’s process for calculating the value of assistance provided to Ukraine via Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA), with the office recommending Congress clarify how "value" is defined in this context and for the department to set more clear guidance for its components.  “GAO found that DoD’s efforts…
