PCS-Mosaic Launches New IC-Focused Business Through Acquisition Of ASRC Federal Units

PCS-Mosaic on Tuesday said it has acquired four businesses from Arctic Slope Research Corp. (ASRC) Federal’s Defense and Intelligence Group to form a new business unit called Athenix, which significantly expands the company’s work with the intelligence community (IC). Terms of the deal were not disclosed although ASRC Federal is acquiring an equity stake in PCS-Mosaic. The acquisitions about doubled the size of PCS-Mosaic to 400 employees.
