Parsons Corp. [PSN] and Science Applications International Corp. [SAIC] have completed recently announced acquisitions to add capabilities and scale in cyber and federal health information technology respectively. Parsons this week said it completed its $203 million deal for BlackHorse Solutions, expanding its capabilities in cyber, electronic warfare, and information dominance.
