Pakistan could spend as much as $115 million if Congress approves a potential Foreign Military Sale of AH-1F Cobra helicopter refurbishment, associated equipment and services. Pakistan has requested a possible sale of refurbishment and maintenance of eight AH-1F Cobra Helicopters, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress Sept. 26.
