Pakistan Spending $75 Million For F-16 EW Pods

Pakistan is spending $75 million for 21 AN/ALQ-211(V)9 Advanced Integrated Defensive Electronic Warfare Suite (AIDEWS) Pods as well as associated equipment and services, according to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). ITT [ITT] is the prime contractor for the sale. Pakistan intends to purchase the AIDEWS pods to enhance its existing F-16 fighter aircraft.
