Orbital Sciences [ORB] and United Launch Alliance (ULA) are set for Tuesday and Wednesday launches, respectively. Orbital will take its second shot at launching its Orb-3 Cargo Resupply Services (CRS) mission to the International Space Station (ISS) after its originally-planned Monday launch was scrubbed due to a “red range safety issue,” the company said on Twitter.
