The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, Fla., has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeking white papers for research and development in the area of homeland security. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: multifunction underwater sensing designs and technology; image and sensor data processing; innovative conventional and non-conventional systems for homeland security; chemical and biological individual protection.
