The Army has awarded Northrop Grumman [NOC], CACI, and L-3 Systems [LLL] contracts to provide linguist and analyst services for the Department of Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise (DLITE).
There are a total of six firms competing under an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that spans a five-year ordering period and has a ceiling of $9.7 billion. The other companies are Linc Government Services, Global Linguist Solutions and Mission Essential Personnel.
