Northrop Grumman [NOC] on Tuesday announced several pending leadership changes, including the retirement of Dave Keffer, the company’s chief financial officer, and new leaders at two of its operating segments.

Keffer, who has been CFO since 2020, will be succeeded by Kenneth Crews, who is the financial chief of the company’s Space Systems segment. Crews will takeover as corporate CFO effective Oct. 1. Keffer plans to retire on Feb. 21, 2025, “to spend more time with family,” Northrop Grumman said.

Mark Caylor, who leads the company’s Mission Systems segment, also plans to retire, effective July 26. Roshan Roeder, who currently heads the Defense Systems segment, will take over at Mission Systems beginning on July 1.

Ben Davies, who is currently corporate vice president and general manager of the Strategic Deterrent Systems division within Space Systems, has been named to lead Defense Systems effective July 1. Davies currently oversees the Sentinel ICBM program, which will be transferred to Defense Systems on July 1.

Most recently, he’s helped pave the way for our continued technology leadership and profitable growth in the Mission Systems sector.”
