NICE Acquires SatCom Intercept Technology Firm Lamda Communication

NICE Systems [NICE] has acquired Lamda Communication Networks, a provider of satellite communications intercept technology, complementing NICE's current offering of applications such as monitoring, traffic analysis and voice analytics. NICE says the deal will enhance its NiceTrack solutions portfolio, which provides interception, delivery, monitoring, collection and advanced analysis of telecommunication interactions and generates comprehensive intelligence.
