New House Appropriations Chair Introduces New Bills to Fund Shutdown-Affected Agencies

The new House Appropriations Committee (HAC) chair on Sunday proposed four new bills that would fund areas of government shuttered since December, excluding the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The bills, introduced by HAC chairwoman Rep.
