By Geoff Fein The Navy yesterday issued its draft request for proposals (RFP) for the Aegis Platform System Engineering Agent (PSEA) including Advanced Capability Build (ACB) developer support for future development of the Aegis Weapon System (AWS) and Aegis Combat System (ACS).
