Navy Extends Deadline for NGEN Recompete RFI

The Navy has pushed back the deadline to submit responses to a request for information (RFI) for the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) contract recompete.The original Oct. 19 deadline has been extended to Oct. 23 to allow additional time for small businesses to respond, according to a Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) program management office news release.The winner of the NGEN contract operates the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, a large government-owned network that services more than 700,000 military, civilian and contractor…
