Navy Creates New Civilian Position For Acquisition Workforce

James Thomsen has been named to head up the newly created Principal Civilian Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Acquisition Workforce (PCDASN (AW)), according to the Navy. Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN RDA), John Thackrah announced the formation of the new position yesterday, according to Lt. Cmdr.
