Mercury Systems Completes Acquisition Of American Panel

Mercury Systems [MRCY] on Monday said it has completed its $100 million cash acquisition of American Panel Corporation (APC), expanding its capabilities in the avionics market. Mercury in July disclosed that it had agreed to acquire APC, which had $36 million in sales for the one-year period that ended in June.
