Mercury Systems Acquires Mission Computing Company Richland Technologies

Mercury Systems [MRCY] on July 5 said it has acquired Richland Technologies (RTL), a Georgia-based company specializing in safety-critical mission computing capabilities for commercial and military aerospace.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mercury said the acquisition isn't expected to have a material impact on its fiscal year 2018 financial results.Mercury said the acquisition complements its purchase in November 2016 of Creative Electronics Systems (CES) by providing additional capabilities in safety-critical markets and the opportunity to leverage RTL's presence and expertise…
