McAfee [MFE] will take on the moniker of its parent company Intel Corporation [INTC], Intel CEO Brian Krzanich said on Monday. The McAfee brand will be phased out and replaced with Intel Security. The anti-virus and Internet security software provider will continue operating as a subsidiary of Intel. It will also retain its red shield logo.
