Marine Corps Awards Bearing Point $15.6M for Access Management Solution

The Marine Corps Systems Command has awarded Bearing Point [BE] a potential $15.6 million contract to provide an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution as part of the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Services program. The base-year value of the award is $6.3 million. The IAM solution will be integrated with the Defense Department's Common Access Card and use Sun Microsystems'[SUNW] Identity Manager to provide role-based access to a variety of business and mission systems to enable data sharing and…
