Lockeed Martin, Raytheon Say Risk Reduction Vital To Their JAGM Efforts

Both Raytheon [RTN] and Lockheed Martin [LMT] this week turned in proposals emphasizing risk reduction for the Joint-Air-To-Ground-Missile (JAGM) engineering manufacturing development (EMD) phase.
