LMI Acquires The Tauri Group To Expand Defense, Homeland Security Presence

The federal consulting firm LMI on Tuesday said it has acquired The Tauri Group, a government services company, in a deal that boosts its technical capabilities in several areas and expands its offerings to the defense and homeland security space. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Tauri Group has about 155 employees and LMI has 1,400 employees. Blue Delta Capital Partners was an investor in The Tauri Group.
