
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said Monday it notified Congress of possible foreign military sales (FMS) of aircraft and support to Libya and Kuwait worth a combined total of approximately $788 million. DSCA said Libya requested two C-130J-30 aircraft, 10 Rolls-Royce AE 2100D3 engines (eight installed, two spares), aircraft modifications, government furnished equipment and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated $588 million.
