Kratos Defense & Security Solutions [KTOS] yesterday said that it has completed its $155 million acquisition of aerial drone and targets provider Composite Engineering, Inc. (CEI).

Kratos said when it first announced the acquisition in May that CEI has created competitive barriers for the unmanned vehicle business and that most of the company’s contracts are sole source. CEI had $94 million in sales last year.

Kratos also said yesterday that it has reorganized into five operating divisions: Unmanned Systems Solutions, led by Richard Selvaggio; Electronic Products, led by Rich Poirer; Defense & Rocket Support Services, led by Dave Carter; Technology & Training Solutions, led by Phil Carrai; and Public Safety & Security, led by Ben Goodwin.

The company also said that it will soon announce some non-core small business lines it plans to divest as part of its previous acquisition of Integral Systems.
